We are approximately 1 mile from the Buncombe Creek Resort and 2.2 miles from Oakview. Whether you are looking for a place to put out the boat, do some fishing or prefer sandy beaches, tanning and/or knowing your children can go out a long way before the water gets deep, Sunrise Family Resort  can have you close to these opportunities.

Near by are golf courses, Casino's (approx 12 miles and the large Choctaw Casino approx. 35 miles)

Rent your vacation home starting as low as $65. Completely furnished, dishes, bedding etc. All you need to bring is the food, personal care items and be ready for fun!!

2 bedrooms, 1 bath; hide-abed and futon for extra sleeping arrangements. Full size refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer; Pets welcome too!

*Any refunded deposits (in whole, or part) will be mailed to adult 1 as listed on application unless otherwise specified within one week of departure.

Additional information:

• Keys may be turned into office or left on kitchen table in home
• Visitors may reserve community center (if available) at no additional cost (except normal clean-up deposit of $50 per event - deposit refundable if center left clean/organized)
• Adult visitors may use exercise equipment, children have full use of playground and sporting equipment as available
• Visitors are welcome to attend and be part of any community event that might be occurring during their stay.
