Lease To Own Program at Sunrise Family Resort

Sunrise Family Resort now offering families the   
opportunity to purchase a home with our 
lease to own program.

Applications are $15 per adult and must accompany copy(s) of driver license, social security card for each adult who will be living in household and proof of household income.  Applications can take 24 to 48 hours. Once an application is approved familes can move in.

 

Homes may be reserved while waiting for the return of application.

C3-Available Now

This cute one bedroom, one bath home is available now. It rents for only $350 a month and at the end of 6 months you can have the option to go lease to own. This is based on good payment history and upholding Sunrise Family Resort's commitment to a safe and crime-free community.

 

Lease to own payments are only $50 more a month on an 8 year contract and then the home is yours. We also offer the option of early pay off. Security deposit of $300 is applied to cash down if you go lease to own. Average cash down for most homes is between $600 to $700.

 

Tenants also pay water and trash to office when they make monthly payments. Average cost for most families is $35, but this can vary with usage.

 This three bedroom, 2 bathroom home will be available soon. Sorry we do not have a exact date at this time. Home is in the process of being vacated. Once we access if there are any damages and we complete necessary repairs (as applicable) we will update availability. Applications can be turned in at any time and home reserved.

 

Please note in order to go on the lease to own program you must rent for 6 months first. This gives you a chance to try out the community and live in the home before deciding for sure if this is what you want. The lease to own opportunity will be made available to tenants who show a good pay record and share the SFR commitment for a safe and crime-free community.

 

This home rents for $575 a month. At the end of 6 months if tenants go lease to own payments will raise only $50 per month (applied as lease to own) and tenant(s) will own the home in 8 years. Tenants also have the option to pay homes off early!

 

Security deposit will be applied to lease to own down payment. Average cash down for most homes is $600-700 and is applied to pay-off. Cost may vary based on work done by maintenance staff after move in.

 

Tenants also pay water/trash to community. The average cost for a family of four is approximately $35 but will vary with usage

This two bedroom, one bath home will be vacated soon and will be available as soon as we clean and complete any repairs (as applicable). This home has a large front lot with plenty of room for your canine friend or for landscaping.

 

After renting for 6 months, tenants who keep current on payments and uphold the commitment of Sunrise Family Resort (SFR) for a safe and crime-free will be given the option to go lease to own. Security deposit will be applied to the cash down payment ($600-700 for most homes but can vary based on repairs after move-in) This home rents for $425 a month. Approved tenants would only pay $50 extra a month if/when changing to the lease to own program. This will be applied with down payment to the purchase cost of home and you can own your home is 8 years (also have option of early pay-off). At end of pay off, pay only lot fee, water and trash to community or you can relocate home to your own property if you chose!

 

Average water/trash bills for most families is $35 per month but can vary with usage. This is due the first of each month when rent is paid. Rent (and lease to own payments) are due the first of each month and we give you a grace period to the end of business on the 5th of each month (excluding holidays and weekends).

Security deposit will be applied to lease to own cash down (average $600 to $700) and payments will only be $50 more per month. These payments will be applied as lease to own purchase with your owning the home in only 8 years. People also have the option of early pay-off.
