Sunrise Family Resort offers a great place to call home - whether you are looking for a summer/weekend home, a place to retire or a nice community to raise a family in.

We are only one mile from Lake Texoma, a plus for the swimmer, fisherman/woman and boaters. Under new management, we are striving for improvements all the time. There are plans to expand on the new playground, we have added picnic tables and BBQs and will be working on walking trails through our scenic areas. Exercise equipment is also available in our community center.

Spacious lots allow tenants room to landscape, grow a garden or just have a little country atmosphere close to town.

The community center has hosted community meetings, birthday parties, holiday celebrations and a wedding reception and may be reserved by tenants for events.

SFR is now offering homes for rent or lease-to-own at very affordable rates. We know things are tough in these challenging economic times and we don't deny people for no credit or less than perfect credit.
